These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and uuujl governing your use of the uuujl platform, games, promotions, and related services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on uuujl.
Only individuals aged 21 years and above may register and use the uuujl platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. uuujl strictly enforces age verification at registration and during KYC review.
All financial transactions on uuujl — including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and GrabPay — are subject to these Terms. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. uuujl reserves the right to request additional documentation for large transactions.
All bonuses claimed on uuujl are subject to wagering requirements and specific promotion terms. Abuse of bonus systems — including multi-accounting or exploit play — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account suspension.
Each player may hold only one uuujl account. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. uuujl is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by a player's failure to secure their account details.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. To register an account on uuujl, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must also accept these Terms during the registration process. uuujl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
uuujl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable identity documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, Passport, or Driver's License. uuujl may also request proof of address and source of funds documentation for players making significant deposits or withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) uuujl account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through the use of third-party identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. uuujl actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching. All accounts belonging to the same player may be closed and all balances, bonuses, and winnings forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uuujl login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. uuujl strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. uuujl is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
You must ensure that all personal information associated with your uuujl account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your name, email, phone number, or payment details must be updated promptly via Account Settings or by contacting uuujl support. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
uuujl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online Transfer, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your uuujl account. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts using GCash or Maya, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. uuujl targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
To be eligible for withdrawals, your uuujl account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified uuujl identity. uuujl reserves the right to apply withdrawal fees for certain methods and to impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as published in the Cashier section.
All transactions on uuujl are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees may apply if your linked payment account operates in a different currency, and such fees are the player's responsibility.
uuujl does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, are disclosed in the Cashier section prior to confirming a withdrawal request.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by uuujl are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms. Live casino games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements at uuujl; slot games contribute 100%; some game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
uuujl prohibits bonus abuse in all forms, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing opposing bets across accounts or platforms to guarantee profit from bonuses (bonus arbitrage); using software or automated tools to fulfill wagering requirements; and any other activity that uuujl determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes an attempt to exploit the bonus system. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.
All bonuses on uuujl are subject to expiry periods as specified in each promotion's terms. Bonuses that have not been claimed or wagering requirements that have not been met within the specified expiry period will be automatically removed from the player's account without replacement.
All games available on the uuujl platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during a game session, uuujl's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record. uuujl reserves the right to void any bet placed under circumstances that constitute an obvious error, system malfunction, or exploit of a software bug.
For live sports betting, uuujl follows industry-standard settlement rules for markets covering PBA basketball, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other sports available on the platform. Full rules for each sport are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the uuujl platform. uuujl reserves the right to suspend or void any market at any time due to changes in event scheduling, abandonment, or integrity concerns.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game or market on the uuujl platform and may vary by game type, VIP tier, and specific promotion. uuujl reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and to impose individual player bet limits at its sole discretion, including for high-frequency or potentially problematic betting patterns.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uuujl platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all account balances and winnings:

Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to use uuujl's self-exclusion feature, which can be activated immediately from Account Settings for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, uuujl will not reverse it for the selected exclusion period regardless of player request.
uuujl operates strictly as a 21+ platform in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. All players are required to confirm their age during registration. Documented evidence of underage use will result in immediate account closure and reporting to appropriate authorities.
All content on the uuujl platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to uuujl and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the uuujl platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any uuujl content without the prior written consent of uuujl. Unauthorized use of uuujl's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute criminal conduct under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uuujl's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to use of the uuujl platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
uuujl is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profits or expected winnings; interruption of service or technical failures beyond uuujl's reasonable control; losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials; or any loss caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, power outages, or telecommunications failures.

uuujl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, if uuujl reasonably believes that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, poses a financial, legal, or regulatory risk to uuujl, or for any other reason at uuujl's sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, uuujl may forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus abuse or prohibited conduct. Real-money deposit balances will be returned net of any applicable deductions following verification.
Players may close their own uuujl account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions. Players who have self-excluded may not request account reopening during the active exclusion period.
uuujl collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the uuujl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. uuujl processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to your use of the uuujl platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact uuujl's support team to resolve disputes informally. uuujl will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanisms where applicable.
